- Refurbishing of the lobby, guest suite, party room, and hallways
- Replacement of the main electrical distribution panel and
its connection to the external electrical grid
- A program for the upgrading of plumbing with copper piping
is well underway
- Complete reconstruction and waterproofing the garage
- Repavement of the entry driveway and guest parking lot
- Replacement of the driveway's snow-melt system
